fallsgrove and back, i mapped this on map my run and I guess I had over mapped it before at 10 or just rounded up but it is 4.81 out, my hip flexors are sore as hell, idk whether it is the hills here or the couple days off...most of my runs have been on flat surfaces so even these moderate hills in the middle of runs are making my hips work alot more i guess, good to know early lol after 2 runs at home
