Weather: Sunny, a little warmer than ideal

Comments:
Showed up at my high schools track practice and ran two miles, tried to focus on form. Nothing hurt, so I'll run again tomorrow. I'm out of shape, but I just have to not rush into things too quickly. I'm going to try to get some swimming/aqua-jogging into my training too to build aerobically. Rehab exercises tomorrow instead of abs/lift

Lift:
Bench: 10x95, 10x115, 6x135(help on the last one), 2x155(help on both)

Abs: 30x: high crunches, gymnastic crunches, side crunches (ea), bicycle (30 seconds), 'bators, leg raises, plank (30 seconds), figure 8 (30 seconds)
