speed at Cornell: last track workout

Comments:
Ran mid day, it was hot and sunny out. Very nice :). Started at the parking lot, did 2 mile warm up or so around campus, and got right to the track as it opened to lunch time walkers. My left quad looked a little swollen, and felt sore. Not a total pain while running though.

Kinda made up a workout. I did drills stretched, then did 6 x 300 fast, followed by 2 x 200 acceleration striders. The 300's were strong I though, felt much better than Monday overall. Splits were

42,43,44,42,43,42

Didnt time the 200's, but I focused on the straight away, and actually sprinting. Took a 200 rest inbetween everything. Cooled down around campus again, saw Chris Wrobleski infront of Teagle, then stopped at the car. Stretched, L7, and rolled in the parking lot. Left leg was sore at the end. Funny to think that 10 months ago I was hobbling around on the track, and now I can do workouts. I am satisfied that I achieved that, but there is still more to go.
