Lifted over lunch. Got in a good lift but I dunno, I might've overdid it with "gobblet squats" or whatever because, despite not running, my knee was painful by about 5PM. Sat at a computer for a couple hours working on the presentation, so maybe that aggravated it, too.
FUCKING SUCKS.
No running. No elliptical (which bothers my back). No circuits.
