TODAY WAS SO SO INCREDIBLE I'M SO EXCITED FOR TOMORROW!
notes to myself, as the extent of physcial activity has been a 2 20 minute ellipticals the past 2 days, walking back from anthonys house, and marking rehersal for dance. foot is definitely getting better, still need to take a few more days off and I discovered that I shouldnt be standing for hours at a time or lifting heavy objects (like dragging 2 water coolers, the ice bucket and med kit to the bus....) because that makes it worse for sure. definitely think its on the way up though and will keep icing adn whatnot. DID I MENTION IM SO EXCITED FOR TOMORROW?!
