Weather: cool, light rain
Comments:
Both ITB's got tight again. I'll keep rehabbing and as long as it doesn't get worse, I'll continue running. It's probably just injured from the marathon and I know from past experience that it's very slow to heal. Other than that, it felt easy and smooth.
