Comments:
AM: step downs x30, hops (lat hops x100, jump squats x40, jump downs x40).
Noon: weights (pain with standing hamstring curl, NO weight!), then 8min of stairmaster - FINE.
PM: 20 min walk up Skinner Butte. Pain/sore medial knee but gone after I iced.
Rest of the night: FINE. :)
