Comments:
i was reallly sore from basketball, played 5 pick up games yesterday and had blisters all over my feet and my hips were sore from jumping, i had to stop at about mile 6 to let the fluid out of this one blister on th eball of my foot, after that i was moving alright it was hot though and like i said my legs were tired but not bad for a semi long run
