Chest has been hurting for some reason, I think its just muscular but Im not positive, might get Dr Dave to look at it tomorrow or something. Ran with Leonard and Drew over to the park through the bikepath and did one loop there. Really concentrated on form today, defintiely felt different. barefoot strides/stretching/run outs when we got back. Core workout later.
