Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
frustrating.. blown opportunity.
Crash caused a break.. I was on the wrong side of it. I could best most on hills but too few could manage a decent pull and we had no hopes of bridging.
Anger lead to worse tactics. HUGE BUMMER... but the form is there for the climbs at least... sigh
had to do a cool down ride to settle down a bit.
