Weather: Cool but humid
Comments:
Felt pretty weak on this one after the run last night. Definitely weak in the legs and lungs. Good to get this longer run in though and run nearly all the way. The pace got real slow on hills but remained technically at a run. A day off tomorrow and then back to running Thursday.
