Comments:
found the track on my run today and did a few 200s to get out of my sluggish mode. All were between 28-29 and it felt nice to shake the legs out. I also met a guy there who was doing some 300s and runs for a team about 10km south of here. He's pretty good and runs 1:55 in the 8 and 3:58 in the 1500. If i see him again i might see if i can run with him some days. He's still in track season though cause Europe has meets throughout the summer. Well it's party time now. Auf Weidersehen.
