Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran after graduation practice around 11:30. Too fucking hot, and I know it's going to be even worse later in the summer. Extra incentive to wake up earlier I guess. Wasn't as tight today so that was chill.
Goals for the summer:
1) Stay healthy
2) Build up safely to ~ 85-90 mpw
3) Run more doubles
4) Do core/strides/hill sprints a few times a week
5) Race a solid 8k/10k
