I am getting over a mild case of the flu. I had planned to run 6 miles but my body is NOT feeling up to it. I was going to try and push myself to do it but I don't have the strength. I may try to get on the treadmill again.

7:30 pace felt soooo slow!!! I really think I could maintain that for a marathon. 7:30 pace would be a 1:38 half, 3:16 marathon.
