Exercise Type: Elliptical

Comments:
Went to Anytyme fairly early this morning to lift and "do something". Did elliptical to start off. My knees felt weird from the skiing, and it felt like the tell-tale medial knee pain, so I pulled the plug at 23 minutes. Got in a good sweat, though, and my back wasn't too bad.

New theory: the knee pain isn't getting better because my orthotics are shot. Stay tuned...

After elliptical I got in a really good lift. 3 sets of everything, and I added step-ups with 10# weights in the first circuit, follwed by TKE/SLS on the bench, which was REALLY HARD. My hips were tired/sore before and that really shot'em. But I sorely need to work on SLS balance/knee control on my L side (another "theory" for the prolonged knee pain). :|

Packed up my shit from Kevo/Betsy's and headed home... Another day, another "crash site"...
