Soberlook up North Park to Lee and back (alone)-
After cross-training, I walked straight home and went for a run from there. I leg was already inflamed when I started but I went really slow so it didn't seem to get any worse.
I think I have finally determined what my problem it, tendonitid in the Posterior Tibial Tendon, which controls pronation. So, I decided to tape my foot to stabilize it before running. I did a poor tape job but think a good one might help some.
