Didnt run yesterday cause there was alot of stuff going on and wasnt exactly feeling the best. Last week was just an intro for my body to get back into it. Felt alright today, out walther and back from my house, pretty hill out but even worse on the way back, especially the last 1.5 miles or so. Wanted that negative split and got it. 22:34, 21:47. Barefoot routine when I got back. And a core workout right after.
