Weather: unexpectedly really nice, shirtless weather

Comments:
3 sets of 3 x 300m, 30 sec rest, 100m, 2 min rest and 3 min in between sets, blistered up my feet again but pretty solid workout, hit 46, 46, 46, 46, 46, 47, 47, 47, 47 for the 300s and right around 15 on all the 100s, never too tired and only felt the lactic acid in the last set, good workout overall
