Exercise Type: Swim

Holy cow I dont think I've ever been so happy after a swim. Spergs said that Wilson was open today and I thought it wasnt so we went. At first felt really awkward and out of shape but after the first 100 or so, felt much better, and I forgot how much I loved moving through the water as corny as that sounds. Swam for about 35 minutes (lost count after 600/700 or so....) then aqua jogged for about 20 minutes. It felt more like piddling around than focused form, which I guess is good at this time =) I took a 2 hour nap after and I dont think I've breathed this well in awhile.
