200 paces were 41-ish and 38-ish depending on which side of track we came from.
My left achilles is bothering me. I need to ice it more tonight. I plan to take a few ice baths this week, although the hours may be different. I also need to do more abc and strengthening activities for my ankles. I wonder if stiming would help it.
My hips feel 9/10 good but I hope to get to the chiropractor at home since I think they're out of alignment.
It felt like a good workout-tough but short. I feel slow compared to everyone, but I'm doing my best.
