well, i'm out of milk and pretty much all i have to eat is cereal, so i rode my bike to get some milk, after a few detours. it was a pleasant bike ride and i wasn't as tired after my run as i thought i would be, and i decided i could probably change it up and use my bike instead of the cardio bikes for my cross training days this summer. note to self though, take a waterbottle. need to go to the store to get food when i get paid!
