Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
First run back from 2 weeks off. I kinda new I was gonna feel it. Ran from XCFH down Bellfield, NP to Coventry, all the way down to Grogans new apartment on Hampshire with Paul, Justine, Brett and Steve. Rested for a little, then went back with Grogan, Steve and Paul. It was really hot out when we ran, and people were feeling it. We picked it up on the way back, and I was starting to struggle a little. Felt great to be back running again though! Hip was a little weak, but stride wasnt too bad. Summer training it ahead now, and I recently saw how important it is to prepare.
Got back, stretched, L7 and abs on the front lawn. Ill do hips and hammies every other day to keep strong muscles in that area.
Just running to get back into it. I would like to be at training pace next week.
