Legs were tired to begin with but really need to hit 40 miles this week so just thought I'd try the Walther loop again...bad idea. The giant rolling hills + the disgusting heat + my tiredness= one of the top 5 worst runs of my life. Might just do a double tomorrow, 4 after exams, 2 or so at night. proud of myself for still getting the miles in though. Core workout later. No barefoot routine til maybe later, literally almost passed out whenm I got in, very dehydrated.
