Comments:
So, I ran my entire run on shaded trails and still felt very very overheated. I could tell as I was more tired than usual at the end and my stomach started to get upset. It was a nice change of scenery though, and real hilly. Good to get the run over.

The distance is a guess as I went watchless but was out for about an hour.
