Comments:
This was supposed to be a walk jog at the indoor track. It did not turn out that way. I ran 6 X .4 miles ( 4 laps) with a .1 mile (1 lap) walk. Here is what it looked like.

32:39 for total
As you can see I went out at a much harder than a walk jog pace like I should have. There was a young kid (about 25yrs old) who did not have a clue as to what he was doing and he would run anywhere from 1/2 lap to 3/4 lap hard and just get past me and stop. After the 3rd or fourth time he did this I had enough and would Either stick with him, or not let him pass. The result was more of an interval run where I ran my fastest interval at : 7:37 / Mile pace
