Comments:
Did the 2.5K loop in Cubbon Park twice, and a slight detour to the rocky outcrop at the end of each loop for 4 hills. Felt pretty good mixing up the hills with the run.
Santhosh started me off with 6 drills.
Would be nice to see more Asha runners at Cubbon Park on Wed mornings. It's harder to motivate one's self in the middle of the work week!
