Exercise Type: Elliptical

Comments:
Pretty big workout today: 30min elliptical, 3-set lift, circuits.

The knee felt OK on the elliptical, but it wasn't a big fan of the step-ups on the bench I did. I did only one set before switching to step-downs (and not stepping all the way). I was bonking mid-lift so I had a Clif and the rest of the lift went better. Continued to work SLB on the BOSU. Still suck at it. Very hard.

Weighed in at just over 160. That's nice. Hope to fit into my work pants a lot better by 1/5!

This afternoon I got some bad news when my knee really hurt. Motherfucker. I'm going to assume it was the mega-step ups...and not the elliptical. Motherfucker. It's seriously been over ten weeks, and I'm eating over a dozen profens a day, not running, and icing...and hip strengthening...AND balance training. What TF else do I need to do???
