Weather: Cooler than yesterday, maybe 70s

Comments:
Nothing like last night's run. I had a really sharp cramp that started about a quarter mile in and didn't subside during the run. No knee pain during the run whatsoever. I was planning to run before work, but my shift was at noon (I thought it was at 4pm) so I had to run afterwards. Did PT exercises and stretches afterwards. I have another appointment tomorrow.

PT: 2x strength(26 x kick bridges, 25ea x extensor lifts, 25 x body weight squat, 40 x lunge); 1x stretch (5ea x 3positions x 20 seconds hamstring stretch 1, 15ea x 15 seconds x PT quad stretch, 15ea x 10 seconds x hamstring stretch 2)

Sleep: 10hrs.
