4xMile at 5k pace with 5 minutes rest, felt pretty good, awesome aerobically but legs were a tad heavy going 5:11 5:08 5:06 5:01. Not an unbelievably hard workout or anything but any more would have fried my legs. 4 100m boxing drills after
