Did my leg lifts (first time since Tuesday)with daughters scrambling over the equipment in the GDS weight room. 3 sets of 10 quad extensions and 2 sets of 10 hamstring curls In and out in five minutes... Hopefully I'll find time to aqua jog this weekend despite writing report cards.
