Comments:
After swimming today, I know its gonna be 100% in a few days. but theres no way though that I'm taking 2 more weeks off. I know a lot of it is just being conservative or whatnot but it just seems way overkill. Swim for 45 then aqua jog w/ no belt for 15. May or may not add an elliptical tonight
