ran this morning after getting a bunch of sleep last night. first week was a success! i feel pretty good. not too tired, but i could tell that i ran this week as opposed to the weeks off, and my legs felt really fresh. i need to find some grass routes since it takes about a mile to even get to north park, and i don't want to run on as much pavement as i am.
