Exercise Type: Elliptical

Comments:
Woke up early d/t congestion, then went to Anytyme after breakfast and giving BILLY a ride to school. I did only 5min of elliptical to warm up, then got in a really good lift. DIETED from any hyper step ups/downs and focused instead on SLB, with and without weights. Knee seemed to oblige without complaints.

I'm an idiot for trying, but I'm gonna give cc skiing another go today, when I go get PICO from school. :S
