Comments:
We went to South Chagrin for a nice run somewhere else. We parked at the top of the hill and ran to the Polo Grounds and back. When we reached the bridge on the way back, we split into groups, and I led the longer group on the really hilly trail, probably further than we intended to go.
I really enjoyed having people to run with for once and my leg didn't hurt at all. My breathing was pretty bad, but not really worse than everyone else's.
