Shaker High and Back

Comments:
Ran with Steve out to SHHS and back from XCFH. Went on SP to get soft surfaces in. It was kinda hot, but we just went at a nice relaxed pace. I was feeling good, so I added on around Soverlook on the way back. Picked it up for that half mile or so.

Stretch on the front lawn, showing off my bod to all the passerbys. L7, planks, and rolling followed. Ill pick it up tomorrow and go furthur out, might head over to the north.
