Comments:
After stretching out, I did a tempo run on the track. The goal was to do all of them in 10 minutes. I hit 9:59, 9:59, 9:55. Felt pretty controlled for all of them but the last mile was kind of rough. I accidentally went too slow during the last half of the first repeat and had to negative split to break five. That last mile was in 4:53. Rest was two minutes in between each repeat.
