Comments:
Similar run to yesterday, but this time Chris and Ethan joined in. We went out and looped around SHHS to add on. I kinda want to run out to the graveyard tomorrow to switch things up. Legs and body felt pretty good on this one, but I was getting stomach cramps on the way back, which slowed me down. I did walk back from northside right before we left, and ate a bunch of pretzel sticks, so I should have been tired. It was hot too.
Stretch, hips, L7, squats and pushups on the lawn before rolling upstairs.
