Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Original plan was to run a little longer in just one run, but based on how I was feeling I figured it'd probably be easier to just go a little shorter and do a run later. Out to the soccer field at Curley and ran 4x100 barefoot strides. Felt okay. Just really tired. Probably not running tomorrow because of orientation which is probably a blessing in disguise. This heating is kicking my ass. Why can't it just be 60° year round?
