DEAR GOD!!!! So i heard a guy talkin bout doublin his sets every other week in the offseason of ultra marathoning and iron manning.... It wasnt bad it was freaken painfull n crazy. Im gonna stick w/ it tho. Its not good for size but very geared for extreme core and finding that thing(whatever that is) to dig deep. So im lookin ... hahaha
