Comments:
ran pretty slow. knee felt okay. I think I had the strap on a bit too tight at first because once I loosened it up the knee felt much better. lots o' stretching and core after. will run at 6:30 AM tomorrow so that's why I didn't do too much. transitioning to mornings so I can just get it in and so it's nice and cool out.
