Comments:
There was a lacrosse game going on at the track, so I had to do these on the boulevard. Rocky, gravelly trails don't make for good speedwork but I really can't complain about the results. The 4th rep was slightly uphill, which explains why the 5th one was so fast. Legs felt awesome, but my lungs can't quite keep up yet. 3 minutes rest between sets.
