Big Pool & weight room

Exercise Type: Swim

Headed down to Veale to swim and lift. Didnt double today like last week, so I got in a better swim. did 10 swim, 10 kick, 10 swim, 10 kick, then 5 minutes of underwater swimming. When I got to the pool, the lights were off and we were swimming in the dark. It was kinda cool. The pool was super crowded too, but I was swimming next to a 1, so it was all good. My left ear got full of water and kinda hurt which is unusual... THe underwater part was good though, still got some VO2.

Changed and headed downstairs to get some rehab lift in. Abby and Alyssa were down there too! did Abductor Adductor 2 x 10, leg curls for hammies 2 x 10, calf raises 2 x 10. Went in to stretch and do hips and L7 and planks with the mats. There were a lot of track people lifting down there too which is awesome!

Veale was getting ready for a fancy dinner party too. I was thirsty at the end and wanted to get some champagne from the open bar.
