workout with matt morgan, got there a lil late but he was maddd late, did 1200m WU, stretches. than sat around for a bit. maybe 25-30 minutes

stomach wass still feeling gnocchi from lunch.
weather was very good.

finally said fuck it and put on flats, doing some strides, he came just as I was ready, basically started from there.

It felt much more uncomfortable than I wanted... But I survived, until the 10th. I hit the 300 and was 2 seconds late. I jogged in the finish, on 11 I thought I was good but just was empty going to the finish...

on 12 I went all in, trying to pace it evenly, but just didnt have anything so I called the workout.
