Weather: Hot with some crazy wind
Comments:
Ran from my apt to the Nucor scrap yards and back. I ran late in the morning (10:40ish)so it was pretty hot, and Nucor Rd. has zero tree cover. The wind is insane here. I positive split by about 1 minute and 40 sec, but I was pushing harder on the way back. This is the longest run in a long time. I felt pretty bad after this run, but this was a breakthrough run.
