I tried out what Spergs said with the quality over quantity buisness today, and I think it was somewhat successful (or I'd like to think so..) 100 warmup, then 12x100 progressively getting faster. 1st-3rd lap free then 4th breatstroke. Definitely was moving and heartrate got up there which was nice. then 200 cooldown kick. Crossing fingers for Terry's tomorrow...
