4 1200m (I did my run on the tredmill and I was going 6:14 pace which is a 4:38 or 4:39 1200m...Even though it was not as fast as I was supposed to go, I was able to keep up my active recovery pace because of the tredmill and I was able to run the warm up, workout, and cool down together without stopping...)
