Weather: warmish, but not as hot as yesterday
Comments:
I did 10 miles yesterday...and it hurt a lot. I had to take it easier with just a 5, out to the Y and back. completed about 37 minutes, not too bad for being sore as hell from yesterday. ugh another tomorrow
