Comments:
More swimming, kept with the idea of getting HR up instead of going for a long long time. went for about 30 minutes, then 20 aquajog. Because its sucha nice day out, I decided to go to georgetown track for a variety of crunches/planks/stretches etc. It looks like another week, but I'm sure/hoping itll be better later on.
