Comments:
good run with taylor on hillside, did a warmup and stretched out before. shin didn't tighten up at all thanks to the stretching. did some plyos and medicine ball stuff. couldn't get on the track to do speed work and it snowed 20 inches yesterday so couldn't really do speedwork on the roads either.
