7. OTR: well, I didn't get a chance to stretch yesterday or do OTR yesterday or the day before, so today I stretched extra long, did upper body weights, smr, crunches, transverse abs, pelvic tilts, foot drills, glute pulls, and calf raises! I have the most time to do stuff on Wednesdays.

I also ran with Rachel Wren and Jen!
